I just came up on this dude searching for videos on youtube. He describes his style as, “part Pharcyde, and part Chuck D, with a dose of 91’ Ice Cube thrown in. Basically I’m Hip Hop from 88’ to 93’ being found in a time capsule by people in the year 3000.”

He Has Released Two Mixtapes Online, The First Is "Prez A Nomics - Supply And Demand"
Which Features U-N-I On The Track "Uaintuponthis!" (Video Below) And The Second Is "The Daily Show EP" Released In Early September. I Might Be a Little Late Finding out about him, but no doubt this guy is making noise on his own and soon enough he's going to be known. After just hearing a few tracks Im convinced. Enjoy!
