I Dig Tyga, he IS the NEW WEST, or the new breed of West Coast Artist, But The O.G.'s Can't handle it. I was Playing Coconut Juice once and an O.G. cat from the block told me to bump some West Coast. I told him that he was West Coast and he bugged out, He wants his "West Coast" either Filled with Zapp Claps or a lil Hyphy (but he was even going out and saying the Bay jacked all the hyphy stuff from the south, bla bla bla - long story short, He wasn't digging anything New West, From Pac Div to U-N-I & Dibia$e.)
Well get used to it, Dre will probably never drop detox, and the old west sound is so dated, This is why IMO Glasses Malone & Crooked I will never blow up. They're swagger is also dated too, along all that boss/bully gangsta shit (although I did laugh a lil when Tyga got his chain jacked, TWICE, come on dude, you gotta travel with more people)
Tyga is cool and fresh, he is all about having fun & partying (along with Pac Div, U-N-I & other similar acts)
No disrespect to all the older acts and the acts that have paved the way, but it has been done, this is the new generation. Sorry for ranting, but now you can enjoy the mixtape.
